Toney graduated from James Madison University, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, earning a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He also holds the following financial industry registrations and licenses:

- Series 65- Investment Adviser Representative
- Life Insurance License
Toney’s mission is to deliver the highest quality service to his clients. In order to pursue clients’ investment goals he maintains each portfolio personally, and focuses on accumulating wealth, and having confidence through retirement. He is committed to providing successful financial advice and has done such since 1989.
Toney is passionate about his family. He has been married to his wife, Tammy, for 38 years, and has two sons, Taylor and Trevor. Taylor is now working alongside his father at Janoskie Financial. Trevor graduated from the University of Maryland in 2018 and was in the Smith School of Business. Trevor now works for Goldman Sachs in New York City. Toney is also an Elder at Granite Presbyterian Church. The Janoskie’s reside in Windsor Mill, MD.
